The next generation answers CMAI's call

On September 16th, the third edition of the Competencies Forum was held at the magnificent Espace AX.C in Montreal.  

​

At the heart of the event were the next generation of students, who came to listen to panels of experts and talk with key players in Canadian mobility. The meeting highlighted the importance of developing the skills needed to meet today's major challenges. 

​

New design approaches require new skills. Both the rail and aerospace industries need to attract and train a new generation of talent capable of driving innovation and ensuring the competitiveness of their industries.  

​

90 people participated in this event, which featured panels of experts in the field. In addition, a bursary program for the next generation was announced.
