Mini-WILs

In 2021, IMACA launched mini-WILs, an innovative format for integrated workplace learning that places students directly in a work environment to carry out a specific project that meets the needs of the host organization.

Benefits for students and host organizations: Mini-WILs, which last 80 hours, offer great flexibility, allowing students and companies to jointly define the terms of the project, whether full-time or part-time. By spending more time within an organization, students can potentially turn this experience into an internship or secure a job. These internships ensure the continuity of collaborations already established through mini-WILs. Over the past year, 37 companies posted mini-internships on Placement SPOT, totaling 413 mini-internships.
